I am using X10/Homeseer to control (amongst other things) an aquarium. I have a small air pump controlled by an appliance module. Even when the module is Off, however, the air pump is getting a bit of current and is slightly vibrating - I assume this is the "local control" current getting thru. Does doing the well-known "disable local control" hardware hack prevent any current from getting through to the load?
