You have to use the dim command and the set button. Not very precise, but that's the way they're made. The dim ramp rate is even harder to set.
After programming the PCS switches with a computer, the Lamplincs are a little frustrating if you're setting a bunch of scenes up and want reasonable precision.
The good thing is that Lamplincs provide a lot of value and features for their low cost. The PCS lamp dimmers are ridiculously expensive.
