For example:
Lets say I turn on a lamp by using my x-10 rf remote by pressing device 10 and then on. Minutes or hours later I am ready to turn the same light off, Can I just press off without first pressing device 10? I'm curious as to how long it will respond without sending a new device command.
also does this same principle apply to my ir543 or maxi controller or is it different from the x-10 tranciever?
