i recently bought a wall pad from radio shack that sticks to the wall and i think it lets you control up to 6 zones. it looks very nice like it was actually installed into the wall.

my question is, do they sell anything similar that would let me control the volume on my receiver?

i need something that takes x10 and coverts it to infrared so my receiver could pick it up. it would need to support volume up and down.

this would surely beat hunting for the remote just to turn the volume up or down.
