I'm a little lost. I've recently purchased some HCM06-1SW switches as a 16400+16450-SD scene controller. I've followed the instructions and cannot get the scene controller to work. I've done the following:

1. Depressed the programming button on the 16450SD
2. Turned on the lights to where I want the scene light levels to be
3. Depressed the left side of the 16450 button.

And the scenes don't get programmed. Am I missing something?
