The cheaper X10 switches don't have a ground wire.
I've always wondered if that's a problem but I
don't know. Maybe some of our resident electricians
on this forum could shed some light on that for
us.

Thanks for the heads up on the ground wire. I will create a new post for the ground wire question.
I will try to unplug my devices and see who's the culprit.
