I talked to some one from x10,,,they claim I can use a total of 16 independent light zones, meaning I can turn several off and leave others on (all different circiuts of course) via a universal ir remote through the ir533, like the av3000,,,if you would only use the buttons on the ir533 itself and not a universal remote, your options are more limited, only 8 zones and have to use the slider for 1-4 and 5-8 to change control the lights individually,,,can anyone confirm this?,,,seems to make sense
