Thanks Erock,,,so if I understand this correctly, I can only do a total of two zones on the ir543, 1-4 operate together, and 5-8 operate together,,,none of them operate idvidually via a IR remote,,,and I still need to slide the switch on the ir543 just to change between the 2 zones then go to the remote?,,,anyone have any ideas on how I can have at least 6 independent zones that operate independently and can do it via an universal infared remote and an infared x10 mini controller ? I would really like at least 6 different zones. Thanks
