Simon, I had a similar problem with my old DE825. The DB925 comes with the 2-way LCD remote, right? If so, you're SOL. I would suggest replacing it with a OneForAll Cinema6 or Cinema7 learning remote. It will allow you to do pretty much the same thing as David suggested, but for a good bit less money. You can find these for $20 or so at places like Wal-Mart and Sears.
