Any of the models you've listed will make you happy. I'd like to suggest you budget for some better speakers than you currently have if you want to hear a significant inprovement in the sound. I upgraded to a Dolby 5.1 receiver, but used old speakers. I was not as impressed as I thought I should have been with the new sounds. Complaining to the dealer I got my amp from, he demonstrated my amp with different sets of speakers for me. Speakers made all the difference, and with the best sounding speakers he showed me, even his lowest price amp sounded great. I now have new speakers, and LOVE listening to my new receiver.
