Unless you have a five channel EQ you'll only be able to equalize two channels, however, you could feed the mult-source outputs into the EQ and the EQ outputs into the left and right channels of the five channel inputs to equalize stereo only. This should work in theory (I've never tried it) but switching sources will be a mind bender.
