I use the RCA pyramids for mine. I have all my components in an entertainment center with bifold doors which I keep closed for the kid reasons. I have the cable set up in front and the pyramid on a speaker beside the center. It works perfectly for all my components which include a vcr, dvd player, and a/v receiver. The best part is it only costs around $30. Cheaper than any other I've seen and works just as well. IMHO Good Luck!!!
