I have had a TiVo for about 3 years now, what happened to the customer service? I had a conversation with "Dan" Today one of the reps. he answered the phone with a bad attitude, and started to yell at me when I said that I did not have my "serial" number with me. The funny thing is he was unwilling to look me up by phone number or anything else. The sad thing is that I was calling to reactivate my account after the last bad experience that I had with them, where I cancelled it because of the bad service I got. All I wanted was to call and try to get the $100 rebate I have been waiting for since I purchased it.(yes almost 3 years now, about 20 phone calls 1 letter, and a bunch of messages. Still no check)
I hope TiVo can keep the promise of good customer service, because I really feel that they have a great product!.
