It might be time to start thinking outside of the typical remote control box. Check out the Harmony at www.easyzapper.com. It will be released in November, and it takes a new approach to controlling Devices. It asks "What do you want to do?" like, Watch a DVD. Then it sets up your system automatically to do that, and even presses Play for you. It is not macro-based, and it doesn't care about discrete codes: if your stuff doesn't have 'em, it knows whether they are on or off anyway. You have to use this one to believe it. ... Mike
