My opinion on the older Polks are that they are good speakers and only a decent value. There isn't a lot of praise from the audio mags and websites, and they aren't usually sold in custom audio or home theater shops. I think for equal money Paradigm, B&W, NHT, PSB, RBH, and any number of others are a better value. From what I've heard though, the new LSi series are some serious players and will probably get a lot more attention from the audio pros. I just got to hear some Axiom M3ti speakers, and they are the bargain of the century if you ask me. For price, performance and looks, these can't be beat in the same price range.
