LG is working on one.
LG and Samsung have both looked into it. There are legal issues with putting both technologies into one box. Samsung has pulled back, and LG hasn't said anything definite. It may be awhile. Personally, I want a Denon with at least the capabilities of my 2900, with BD/HDDVD added before I get serious.
