Does your LCD or your projector have "loop thru" outputs? The would be labeled "video out"? If one of them does, that's how you feed both screens.

As far as the switching between Voom/DVD, IMHO, I'd just use the Denon. I say that for ease of use (when you switch the video, the audio's switched). Of course, you could set up a macro that would do the same thing if you have a remote control componant switcher. I'm always for the less devices the better.
