One of the projectors that fits your requirements and it fits nicely with that size of projection screen is the Sanyo PLC-XP50L the "L" stands for long throw lens, it has 3700 ANSI Lumens with a contrast ratio 1000:1 which is pretty good ratio for HDTV.
The price is not bad at all for this kind of projectors. Canon has an identical projector manufactured by Sanyo with a Canon lens and it sells for $ 1.500 more than the Sanyo. I saw it in Las Vegas Expo and it's pretty impressive as far as picture clarity and brightness. It costs $ 3.499.95 at B&H Photo in New York City.
