I haven't had alot of experiance with the RTI, but, the MX-3000 is a good product. The whole HTM lineup is well thought out, offers great support, and will make your clients think you are the best thing that ever happened to them. From the ease of use to the bullet-proof design, you'll have no unhappy customers. I wish I could say the same about every product I sell.
Its also easy to program! That helps the bottom line.
