After 3 months of waiting my dealer wanted his rotel back so I asked for the new rxv2500.
I dont know if they cured the problem with the 2400. No one else seems to have encountered the problem.
Im guessing it must be a problem. That theyve changed the software on the 2500 and thats why they've given me the new model.
Apparently my 2400 is in japan being looked at.
Hopefully this 2500 is ok (fingers crossed)
