You know, if your head hurts when you bang it into the wall over and over, you should quit banging it.

Is there some NEED to push those up and down buttons, or are you now, due to typical lack of appropriate response from a manufacturer (starting, for instance, with them believing you and not thinking you are a nut case), and a desire to understand something that actually won't matter unless you hit those buttons by mistake, hung up on this fluke? Don't let this ruin your life! Don't descend into a dark tea-time of the soul...just quit pushing the damned buttons!
