Ive just recieved my second amp and have managed to do the same to this one. It involves using DVD rips. Original discs never trigger this fault. Using a copy try the above sequence and it should do it. then original copies will do it.



edit: ah bugger this problem is not as clear cut as I first thougth. Ive reset the amp as per yahamaha instructions and am STILL trying to recreate the fault. I got the amp monday and it wouldnt do it til thursday so maybe by tuesday it will.

still its a bloody nice amp :-)
