Yamaha have made this more confusing by telling
you to push buttons with symbols of a left-facing
and a right-facing triangle, although the buttons
are actually labeled - and + . Whenever I see
a totally dumb oversight like that, I find it
hard to believe that the same crew got everything
else right.
Yes I was very confused by the manual and thats how I stumbled upon the fault. I did try the arrows as you say but they had no effect. Only the ones under the flap work.
My amp is going back today and I shall be getting a replacement.
THX certification states it should be simple and easy to operate, ha ha not in this case :-)
I just tried the buttons and it is only the up /down under the flap and not the + or -
