I know you probably hear this all the time.. But I need suggestions on a good all-around remote. Everything I have in the sub $50 cataegory doesn't cut it. I need to control the following:
HTPC with Haupaugge IR remote receiver
Yamaha RX-V1400 receiver
Panasonic Tau SDTV- video source selection only
Scientific Atlanta Explorer 8000 digi cable box with PVR
Panasonic basic DVD player
IR remote for ceiling fan
I do like hard bottons, especially for the recorder functions of the PC and the PVR on the cable box. I like having seperate hard keys for the channel up/down: play, ff/rew buttons, info, guide, back, menu, A, B, and C buttons. If it also has mouse cursor control all the better. Also, I don't really want to spend more then $120.00
