Which Paradigm's do you have? I carry Paradigm, Marantz, Yamaha, and Denon. In most cases my first choice would be the Marantz would typically recommend the Marantz SR8400. Performance wise I feel the Marantz clearly outperforms the Yamaha and Denon and it has a better remote (although not as flashy). The downside is no automated setup like Denon and Yamaha. If you are not comfortable with manual setup and using a db meter, the Denon or Yamaha will setup easier and sound better. If you enjoy the setup details involved with the Marantz, or are using a well qualified installer, I have no doubt the Marantz is the best choice.
