Ouch! That's a pain. Unfortunately, it sounds like the remote's a "universal" in that it has no learning capabilities. Translation: If the codes aren't there, you're outta luck. Your best bet would be to spend some money on a learning remote. I'm sure many here will offer lots of suggestions, but I'd suggest starting with the clicker-picker on this site that Dan put together. I have a feeling that you're not looking for a touch screen remote and full automation based on your post (and that's my area of expertise). The others here can offer other suggestions for a remote solution - most likely an MX something or other. Oh - and welcome to the forum. :)
