Im new here, anyway I own a Harmon/Kardon receiver it is a surround sound but this one is just for music. I have 2 sets of Bose 901 speakers and felt I needed some more power to drive them since the H/K has fairly low wattage per channel (60 I think). So I ended up buying a Carver TFM-25 power amp to supplement some power. So the H/K has input and output jacks in the back for pre-amp which connect with the horseshoe pins when not being used. Now the Carver has input only. So if I pull out the pins and connect output H/K to input Carver I still get no power because the there is nothing going back into the input on the H/K.Help?
