I am not in the habbit of installing the Sony DVP-CX995V but recently have had requests for three of them. The problem that I am having is that when CD'd are placed in them the DVD will not 'load' disc information for the CD's. If I put in some CD's and some DVD's and then press load on the front panel the player will recognize that there are CD's and DVD's will will only load the DVD information. I have the same problem with all three... has anyone had this problem and know a fix.
