please don't take this the wrong way and I' not trying to be a smart -) but you've invested about $2K for each DVDM-100. You say you have 4 of them, that's $8K just for the managers and you have 12 Sony megachangers. For that kind of investment I'd expect platinum service from whomever I bought all this equipment from. Where's the retailer or manufacturer support?
