I hate to admit such a seemingly shallow reason for buying a Pronto over the Harmon Kardon. But, in truth, it was the name Microsoft on the box. I have had such awful luck with the windows products, I knew I could not abide to have blue screens of death on my remote.

So far, I have been very pleased with the Pronto.
When I first purchased it, I had no idea one could create customized icons and backgrounds. The only thing it seems not to be able to do (That I want) is to use .wav files for the button pressing sound.
