Hi, my TSU-2000 battery reads 4.8 volts using a volt meter yet when connected in the Pronto battery bay, the Pronto blinks low battery and dies within a minute. All terminals/connection points seem clean and not bent, yet no cigar. I have tried to charge the battery several times and the charge light comes on but goes out after about a half hour. I have cleaned all battery and charger connection points with no success. The battery MIGHT be dead but since it reads 4.8 volts, I am confused.

Any thoughts? Would a firmware update help? SOS!!!

Thanks!!!
