Um, actually I think the site is pretty easy to navigate. There's a lot of information, I honestly don't know how I could make it easier to find.
So, to begin pick your main topic from the control at the top of the screen: Home, Reviews, Features, Forums, Files, Search, Contact.
You want a file. And since you're looking for a TSU2000 file, click on the file area for that remote (it's the first choice). Now scroll down to "Original PC Software". Pick "Philips Pronto Series". Then you'll want to download the latest version of ProntoEdit - the first file shown. The firmware is upgraded from within the program.
If you already have ProntoEdit v4.0.5, you already have the most recent firmware available on your PC, just load it up and go to Tools -> Update Firmware. Make sure you already have a copy of your CCF file somewhere on your computer for backup.
