My Marantz 9200 has started to fail to upload to the touch screen set up program. It reports a failure error part way through the upload and not always at the same place in the upload process (as judged by the progressive bar tracking the upload in the upload window tracker).

I can download OK .... well it did the last time, and since doing an IR learn I do not want to try a down load again and overwrite the new settings.

Any other similar experiences from anyone ...... and the cause and fix?
