I am havin problems connecting to my pronto I get a error RC device not connected But it clearly is I am using a key span com to USB which I have already read that it's suppose to work fine so, I decided to test my pronto cable to the pin-out on the FAQ page and it too seems to be fine I am using window XP If that matters I have check and changed my port settings in my device manager But still no lucky Can anyone give me another suggestion PLEASE!!!!!!!!
