Well, Winzip should have worked. When you tried 7-zip (or Winzip) did you "extract" the zipped file? Once it was extracted, there should be a .ccf file in whatever directory you extracted TO. This .ccf file should be able to be opened from within Pronto Edit. I.e. find this file (from within ProntoEdit) and open it.

If this doesn't help, we'll need a "DETAILED" description of the steps you took and what happened.
