Did you read all of post 13 above?
The code I gave you was not an extended version of the original. It was a non toggling version of the original. That means it isn't supposed to work right when you press it twice in a row. Maybe that's what you mean by "only one level".
It is supposed to be used just as the source of multiple aliasing in a sequence to create the extended signal.
