the 200 is sold separately You can get it from HTM. But I don't know what comes with it. You cannot teach the codes to a 200. But (and this is big) it is PC programmable, it uses the same files as the 700 and 800, and the editor can import codes from Pronto CCFs. So in other words there is a big chance that the codes are somewhere on this site and usable
