Is the MX-200 sold individually now? It looks that way from the web site.

Can it only be programmed through the software, and is that included? I would need to make sure I can get the commands from my original remotes to the MX-200...

I could probably use the A and B macro buttons as prev/next disc controls, plus the channel up/down as track controls, so it could work reasonably well despite being a tad sparse. The volume control is the main thing I want, though, so assuming I can actually get the codes onto it and can find it at something less than the $80 listed price, it could be a good option.
