If you have any universal or oem that has TV codes, try the Toshiba TV code. If it responds to toshiba code, then almost any universal remote will do. If it doesn't, I suggest the one-for-all urc-6131, it lists 3 codes for Apex Tv. One will control a toshiba, the others don't.
