The one-for-all urc-6131 has 8 setup codes for Apex dvd players,reason? Because apex keeps changing the codeset, so I doubt the DTV remote has a code, if it did it probably wouldn't work anyways. The OFA urc-6131 also has a code for philips DTv receiver, you might give it a chance.:-)
