It seems to be having communication problems with the PC.
I was able to upload the current config file from
the remote to the PC, but any attempt to download

batteries, different USB cable, resetting the
remote to factory, removing and reinstalling the
PC software including the drivers for the Aktis,
nothing's worked.
Has anybody seen this? Is it time to get a new
remote?
Well John, I found this web site due to the very same problem. About the only thing different was that I got a progress bar on a download but it would show 1 increment then tell me 100%. Then the wonderful "device not responding". To get the remote back to where I wanted the programing, I loaded the software on the kids computer. Seems to work fine on the relic. Abit with BX chipset.
It does not seem to like my newer Abit NF7 with the Nforce 2 chipset. I am going to check Abit's web site for a USB driver update or bios update.
I'd hold off on a replacement until trying it on another computer first.
I'll post here if I find anything that may help.
