Hi all,

I recently bought a TSU6000 from RRdeals http://www.rrdeals.com/

I received the unit ok but the base was faulty out of the box. They advised me to send it back but which I did by air.

They over charged me $35 on the initial purchase which hasn't been resolved & now since sending the base back they haven't replied to my e-mails.

Has anyone dealt with this company in the past, are they all above board?? Also if anyone has a contact ph number I would be very grateful.
