Download and install ProntoEdit 4.0 from the files section. Reboot your PC to get fonts installed correctly.
Next, open ProntoEdit4 and then select Tools->Update Firmware and choose your model. From there, the firmware will update. It will ask you do you want to keep your current config. You should respond with 'No'. Doing this should download the original factory default configuration.
Then, when you develop your own configuration, ensure that under the HOME->System Properties node in the tree view of your configuration, that the checkbox about setting this configuration as the factory default is unchecked.
