There's a tiny bit of a workaround you can use on the Pronto... put the lights/fan page on the Macro side of the remote, then when you're done instead of hitting a specific hard-programmed "back" button, tap the Device button at the top. This will take you back to the last device and page viewed before going to the Macro menu. This is as good as it gets...
