I have a Samsung LNR-408D 40 inch LCD that has given me much grief with my Xantech IR receivers. I have tried Channel Vision and Xantech plasma proof receivers.

The Channel Vision receiver was slightly more robust but I could not go for it because of it's narrower bandwidth - it is not able to pass some of the commands for my component (Dishnetwork DVR 625 for one) The Xantech plasma proof receiver is fine, except when the TV is just turned. Its flaky for the first 3 minutes after the TV is turned on and a video is displayed.

Is there a list of recommended LCD TV's that work fine with the Xantech and Channel Vision IR receivers?
