Having now found an on-line manual, and confirmed that the Philex does possess a number of Pioneer codes, I would suggest that it is more than likely it does support your Pioneer Freeview box. However, as I originally said, with my having no intimate knowledge of the Philex I cannot guarantee it, hence my suggestions of remotes aimed squarely at the Pioneer.

Given the myriad of boxes and code set there’s always the possibility of something being inadvertently overlooked. However, at £9.99 delivered (as opposed to circa £20) I, personally, would be more than willing to give it a go.
