Hello -

OK, I have discovered that I have a useless RCA remote and so I have to try and live with my DirecTv remote model RC 23 until I can afford something nice with bigger buttons that works every time you hit them.

My big problem is that the thing only scrolls down one program at a time. As a certified "super-clicker" who loves to run through all the channels this is incredibly frustrating. Is there a way to do something to this thing to make it scroll a whole page? I found nothing in the instruction booklet.
