I found the HY-TEK did not work with the Motorola Hi-Def DCT7200 box with codes 215 and 216, when setting up a new installation 01/8-11.2007.
Code 227, found by using the auto programming mode, did work. I had to set the HY-TEK to control volume on the TV (rather than the Motorola, which wouldn't work).
All TV related controls worked under CABLE SAT, except one -- Channel - (or down). Although this is a nuisance, it can be worked around -- and I found not remote other than the HY-TEK which was usable for my visually impaired aged father with a new Toshiba LCD and Motorola cable box. (all others had buttons too small)
