I was in your shoes after having learned how to program simpler non graphic remotes but still needing more results than they could offer. I was intrigued by the display concept also. I agree with Daniels assesment 100%.
What I ended up doing was after getting familiar with the 9200 and better understanding the task at hand, I asked for paid help on this forum and found that to be an excellent solution.
What made it work was the person that responded not only programed the remote for my system but as we went along with working things out, revisions etc., I learned from him what I had a hard time figuring out on my own. It made the learning process much easier and quicker. The manual was an essential reference for me as well. I downloaded it from somewhere, not sure now where.
It is fun now. but frustrating until I got the help. It's a pleasure to play with new ideas, graphics etc. A hobby you can go back to when the urge strikes.
