Hi

As i have a home cinema system and am starting to get fed up using 4 remotes , im thinking of picking up a 2nd hand RC9200 .. im totally new to the remote scene so ive been reading a few threads about programming this thing

TBH im quite lost , should i be worried about setting this up or is it quite straight forward once you get the hang of it .. also i will be using a USB to serial converter and windows XP , would this work ok for this older remote

also i cant seem to find files for my kit which incs : Panasonic TH42PWD7 , Pioneer VSX1015 Amp , Denon 2900 DVD player and Sony VTX-D800 Freeview box

Would i have to design these layouts myself ???????

Also where can you get the latest firmware for this remote , marantz.co.uk doent seem to have it
